Objective Explore the clinical effect of 64-row spiral CT scanning in rib fracture. Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,57 patients with suspected rib fractures were divided into control group, from November 2017 to November 2018,57 patients with suspected rib fracture diagnosed by 64-row spiral CT scan in our hospital were divided into observation group, the quality of scanning image, the diagnosis of rib fracture and the diagnosis of other fractures were compared between the two groups.Result The high-quality image rate and scanning image quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The number of detected rib fractures, the number of rib fractures, multiple rib fractures and number of bilateral rib fractures in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences in data(P<0.05).The total detection rate of sternal fractures, scapular fractures, and clavicle fractures in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant differences in data(P<0.05).Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CT scan for rib fractures has a significant effect, which can obtain high-definition diagnostic images and greatly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
