孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月至2018年12月这一时段内,我院呼吸科收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者80例纳入研究,按照住院号单双数,将患者分为两组,每组40例,在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗,对比两组临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗前,两组在FVC、FEV1、PEF水平方面均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FVC、FEV1、PEF水平均高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(2.50%)、复发率(13.16%),均低于对照组(12.50%、41.94%),数据差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,用药安全高效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods Between January 2018 and December 2018,80 cases of cough variant asthma treated in respiratory department of our hospital,according to the hospitalization number,there were divided into two groups,each group 40 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with fumigant inhalation,the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of FVC,FEV1,and PEF between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1,and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant data differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group.The data difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(2.50%)and recurrence rate(13.16%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(12.50%and 41.94%),and the differences in data were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cough variant asthma with montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate is effective,safe and efficient medication.
