超声诊断早孕期胎儿畸形产前价值

摘　　要：目的研究超声在早孕期胎儿畸形产前诊断当中应用的价值。方法本文研究时间为2018年4月至2020年8月,将在此期间到我院进行产前超声检查的4000例早孕期孕妇作为研究对象,所有研究对象均跟踪随访到分娩,分析超声诊断应用在早孕期胎儿畸形筛查方面所体现的价值。结果分娩以后,4000例孕妇中出现胎儿畸形54例,胎儿畸形的发生率为1.35%,经过超声诊断出胎儿畸形50例,超声诊断早孕期胎儿畸形的敏感度为90.74%,特异度为99.97%,敏感度为99.85%;本文存在1例唇腭裂、1例手指畸形的胎儿漏诊,2例在产前超声检查中未发现肢体异常,但正常分娩以后发现畸形,其中1例产后发现六指畸形,1例产后发现畸形脚;本文所有研究对象的胎儿畸形出现时间为孕周10~14周,平均孕周为(12.64±1.15)周。结论在早孕期通过产前超声进行胎儿畸形的诊断可发挥理想的筛查作用,能够将产前超声诊断当作是对胎儿母体内发育的主要评估,可以及早发现母体内胎儿的异常状态,对尽早结束无效妊娠提供依据,可降低新生儿缺陷分娩率。Objective To study the value of ultrasound in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations in early pregnancy.Methods The study time of this article is from April 2018 to August 2020.During this period,4000 pregnant women in early pregnancy who went to our hospital for prenatal ultrasound examination were taken as the research objects.All the research objects were followed up to delivery and analyzed the application of ultrasound diagnosis.The value embodied in the screening of fetal malformations in early pregnancy.Results After delivery,54 cases of fetal malformations occurred in 4000 pregnant women,the incidence of fetal malformations was 1.35%,50 cases of fetal malformations were diagnosed by ultrasound,the sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformations in early pregnancy was 90.74%,and the specificity was 99.97%,the sensitivity is 99.85%;1 case of cleft lip and palate,1 case of fetus with finger deformity was missed in this article,2 cases were found to have no limb abnormalities in prenatal ultrasound examination,but abnormalities were found after normal delivery,of which 1 case was found to have six fingers deformity after delivery,1 case was found to have deformed feet after delivery.The appearance of fetal malformations in all subjects in this article was 10 to 14 weeks of gestation,and the average gestational week was(12.64±1.15)weeks.Conclusion The diagnosis of fetal malformations through prenatal ultrasound in early pregnancy can play an ideal screening role.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis can be regarded as the main assessment of the development of the fetus in the mother,and the abnormal state of the fetus in the mother can be found early.To provide a basis for ending invalid pregnancy as soon as possible can reduce the birth rate of newborns with defects.
