摘  要:目的分析研究高血压左心室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的心脏超声诊断效果。方法参与本次试验研究人员共计70例,其中35例为高血压左心室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者(研究组),另外35例为同期在本院接受体检的健康人员(参照组)。两组皆实施心脏彩超检查,对两组各项心功能指标检查结果进行对比分析。结果与参照组相比,研究组患者的LVEF指标水平更低,LAD、LVDd以及E/Ea指标水平更高,数据差异均显著(P<0.05)。患者LAD、LVDd、E/Ea指标水平会随其心功能等级的升高而大幅升高,二者为正相关(P<0.05);而LVEF指标则随之大幅降低,二者呈负相关。结论对高血压左心室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者实施心脏超声检查,对于评估预后以及明确诊断有着突出作用。Objective To study the diagnostic effect of echocardiography on hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure.Methods A total of 70 participants were involved in this study,35 of whom were hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure(study group),and 35 were healthy persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period(reference group).Both groups were examined by color Doppler echocardiography,and the results of cardiac function indexes were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,patients in the study group had lower LVEF index levels,higher LAD,LVDd and E/Ea index levels,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The levels of LAD,LVDd,and E/Ea of patients will increase greatly with the increase of their cardiac function grade,and the two are positively correlated(P<0.05);while the LVEF index will decrease significantly,and the two are negatively correlated.Conclusion Cardiac ultrasonography for patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure has a prominent role in assessing the prognosis and confirming the diagnosis.
