新型胰岛素笔架在使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者中的应用影响

摘　　要：目的研究新型胰岛素笔架的使用效果,分析其在使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者中的应用影响。方法选择我院在2019年1月至2019年12月期间收治的96例糖尿病患者为研究对象。通过随机数字表法将其分为各有48例患者的对照组和观察组。对照组应用传统胰岛素笔架放置胰岛素笔,观察组应用新型胰岛素笔架放置胰岛素笔,对比两组胰岛素笔架的使用效果。结果在此次研究中,观察组的注射胰岛素等待时间明显低于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的胰岛素笔差错率明显低于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的胰岛素准备时间明显低于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的胰岛素笔架成本明显低于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的胰岛素治疗中,采用新型胰岛素笔架提高医护人员的工作效率,减少了患者等待时间,避免拿错胰岛素笔,且新型胰岛素笔架成本更低。该设计值得在糖尿病患者的胰岛素治疗中大力推广。Objective To study the application effect of the new insulin pen holder and analyze its application effect in diabetic patients using insulin.Methods Ninety-six patients with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table.In the control group,insulin pen was placed on the traditional insulin pen holder,and in the observation group,insulin pen was placed on the new insulin pen holder.Results In this study,the waiting time of insulin injection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The error rate of insulin pen in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The insulin preparation time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cost of insulin pen holder in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the insulin treatment of diabetic patients,the new insulin pen holder can improve the work efficiency of medical staff,reduce the waiting time of patients,avoid taking the wrong insulin pen,and the cost of the new insulin pen holder is lower.This design is worthy to be popularized in insulin treatment of diabetic patients.
