摘  要:目的探究尿液镜检法在尿液分析中的应用价值,了解其不可替代性作用,以便为尿液检验提供有效的借鉴依据。方法在2017年12月至2018年12月,以我院收治的140例尿液检验的患者作为研究对象,其中男性与女性患者分别为76例、64例,年龄跨度为23~78岁,平均为(46.70±3.90)岁。对患者的尿液样本进行采集,分别给予干化学法检验与尿液镜检法检验,对两种检验结果进行对比。结果采用尿液镜检法检查白细胞阳性率为22.14%、红细胞阳性率为7.14%;采用尿液干化学法检查白细胞阳性率为9.29%、红细胞阳性率为18.57%;对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在尿液分析中给予尿液镜检法,能够显著提高检验准确率及显著降低误诊与漏诊的发生,促使检验结果的准确性显著提高,其检出率显著高于干化学法。Objective To explore the application value of urine microscopy in urine analysis,and to understand its irreplaceable function,so as to provide an effective reference for urine examination.Methods During the period from December 2017 to December 2018,140 urine test patients admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects,including 76 male and 64 female patients,whose ages ranged from 23 to 78 years,with an average age of(46.70±3.90)years.Urine samples of patients were collected,and dry chemical test and urine microscopic test were given respectively,and the results of the two tests were compared.Results The positive rate of WBC and RBC were 22.14%and 7.14%respectively by urine microscopy.The positive rate of white blood cells and red blood cells was 9.29%and 18.57%respectively by dry chemical method.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of urine microscopy in urine analysis can significantly improve the accuracy of test,significantly reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and significantly improve the accuracy of test results.The detection rate is significantly higher than that of dry chemical method.
