摘 要:目的分析探究尿毒清颗粒联合高通量血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年3月在本院接受治疗的尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者119例为研究对象,以随机数字表的方法分成两组,每组58例。其中,对照组患者实行常规治疗,观察组患者实行尿毒清颗粒联合高通量血液透析治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分及临床指标。结果观察组总有效率为96.55%,明显高于对照组77.59%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前血磷(P)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)及超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)4项指标均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述4项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症皮肤瘙痒实行尿毒清颗粒及高通量血液透析治疗的效果良好,能明显提高治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦程度。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of niaoduqing granule combined with high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia skin pruritus.Methods A total of 119 patients with uremia skin itching who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.Among them,patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received niaoduqing granule combined with high-flux hemodialysis.The clinical efficacy,VAS score and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 77.59%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the four indicators of blood phosphorus(P),parathyroid hormone(PTH),β2 microglobulin(β2-MG)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP)before treatment in the observation group(P>0.05);After that,the above 4 indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uremia skin pruritus is treated with niaoduqing granules and high-flux hemodialysis,which can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the suffering of patients.
