综合护理干预对子宫颈癌患者术后心理和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理干预应用于子宫颈癌手术患者中对其术后心理和生活质量的影响。方法将2018年2月至2020年2月来我院治疗的220例患者设为本文的研究组成员,以随机(抽签法)方法分为观察组(n=110)和对照组(n=110)。两组患者进行常规手术,分别为两组患者通过综合护理和常规护理进行干预,对不同护理的效果进行比较。结果两组患者在护理之前,SAS、SDS、KPS等评分方面均表现较差,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,患者的SAS、SDS、KPS等评分均得到改善,并且观察组的控制效果比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论对子宫颈癌患者经过手术治疗的同时配合综合护理可以有效的改善患者的不良心态,提升患者的生活质量,是一种优质的护理保障。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in cervical cancer surgery patients on postoperative psychology and quality of life.Methods Two hundred and twenty cases came to our hospital for treatment from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as members of the research group in this article.They were divided into observation group(n=110)and control group(n=110)by random(lottery method).The two groups of patients underwent routine surgery,and the two groups of patients were intervened through comprehensive nursing and routine nursing,and the effects of different nursing were compared.Results The two groups of patients had poor performance in SAS,SDS,KPS and other scores before nursing,and there was no difference between them(P>0.05).After nursing,the patients'SAS,SDS,KPS and other scores were all improved,and the control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of patients with cervical cancer and comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the patient's unhealthy mentality and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is a high-quality nursing guarantee.
