手外科患者护理中优质服务理念的导入与效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析在手外科患者护理中应用优质护理的效果。方法选取104例手外科患者作为本次研究对象,按照不同护理措施,将其分为常规组(n=52)与试验组(n=52)。常规组患者应用常规护理,试验组患者应用优质护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组护理满意度为96.15%,明显高于常规组(78.85%),P<0.05;试验组患者经过护理后,CARROLL评分高于常规组,VAS评分低于常规组,P<0.05;试验组患者焦虑评分与抑郁评分明显低于常规组,P<0.05。结论在手外科患者护理中应用优质护理措施,不仅能够改善患者不良情绪,降低其术后疼痛感,还能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度,促进其手功能恢复速度。Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing in the nursing of hand surgery patients.Methods One hundred and four cases of hand surgery patients were selected as the study object.According to different nursing measures,they were divided into routine group and experimental group,52 cases in each group.Routine nursing was applied to patients in the routine group and high-quality nursing was applied to patients in the experimental group.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.15%,significantly higher than that of the routine group(78.85%)(P<0.05);after nursing,the CARROLL score of the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05);the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing measures in the nursing of patients with hand surgery can not only improve the patients'bad mood,reduce their postoperative pain,but also improve the patients'satisfaction with nursing work,promote the recovery speed of their hand function.
