针对性护理措施对剖宫产产妇产褥感染的预防效果

摘　　要：目的观察对剖宫产产妇采取针对性护理措施预防产褥感染的效果。方法选取96例于我院接受剖宫产分娩的产妇为研究对象,时间为2016年8月至2018年9月,采用随机数字表法将产妇分成两组,每组48例。其中,对照组接受产科常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取针对性护理措施。对比并评价两组产妇的护理效果。结果观察组的母乳喂养率与子宫复旧率均显著高于对照组,而产褥感染、乳腺炎以及会阴伤口感染等并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对护理服务的满意度达到95.83%,显著高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的躯体功能、心理健康、疼痛、情感角色、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于剖宫产产妇,通过对其实施针对性护理干预,可有效预防产褥感染等并发症的发生,充分提高产妇的护理满意度及生活质量。Objective To study the preventive effect of targeted nursing measures on puerperal infection of cesarean section.Methods A total of 96 cases of puerpera from August 2016 to September 2018 were divided into control group and observation group with a random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group took targeted nursing measures on control group.The nursing effect of the two groups of parturients were compared and evaluated.Results The breast-feeding rate and uterine involution rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the incidence of complications such as puerperal infection,mastitis and perineal wound infection were significantly lower than those of the control group,(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than those of the control group(81.25%)(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,mental health,pain,emotional role and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For cesarean section,through the implementation of targeted nursing intervention,can effectively prevent the occurrence of puerperal infection and other complications,and fully improve their nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
