摘　　要：中国共产党百年外交方针路线功绩辉煌:挽救民族危亡,使中华民族自立于世界民族之林;为人类和平与发展做出巨大贡献。新中国与缅甸、印度等东南亚国家共同倡导的“和平共处五项原则”成为国际关系的基本准则。毛泽东从国际战略的高度提出“三个世界”划分的理论,对于团结世界人民特别是亚洲、非洲和拉丁美洲的第三世界人民反对霸权主义、改变世界政治力量对比,具有深远的影响和重要的历史意义。邓小平指出“和平与发展”成为时代主题,倡导建立国际政治经济新秩序。新时代,习近平外交思想引领中国特色大国外交,积极参与全球治理,倡导和推动构建人类命运共同体。The Communist Party of China(CPC)has made brilliant achievements in its diplomatic guidelines in the past century,saving the nation from danger and standing on its own among the nations of the world.It has also made tremendous contributions to the peace and development of mankind.The“Five Principles of Peaceful Co-existence”initiated by New China,Myanmar,India and other Southeast Asian countries has become the basic norm of international relations.Mao Zedong put forward the theory of“Three Worlds”from the height of international strategy,and it has far-reaching influence and important world historical significance on uniting the people of the world,especially those of the Third World in Asia,Africa and Latin America in opposing hegemonism and changing the balance of political forces in the world.Deng Xiaoping stated that“peace and development”were the theme of the times and advocated the establishment of a new international political and economic order.In the new area,Xi Jingling’s diplomatic thinking leads major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,actively participates in global governance,advocates and promotes the building of a community with shared future for humanity.
