摘　　要：大量的证据证明性传播疾病(性病)是感染HIV的重要协同因素,因此,本文梳理了目前全球和我国性病和HIV的流行现状,介绍了国内外性病患者HIV感染的预防干预措施及存在问题,提出应根据性病患者的特点,来构建行为-心理-社会综合性的HIV干预模式。A large amount of evidence has showed that sexually transmitted infection is an important synergistic factor of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection.Therefore,this paper reviews the current situation of sexually-transmitted diseases(STD)and HIV infection,introduces HIV prevention and intervention measures and problems for STD patients at home and abroad,and proposes that behavior-psychology-society integrated intervention model should be constructed based on the characteristics of STD patients.
