摘　　要：针对重型柴油车排污监管中存在的问题,提出了重型柴油车污染排放OBD在线监控系统的框架和功能。通过对OBD车载终端和车载烟度计的车辆排放及定位数据的采集,对重型柴油车的污染排放进行实时监测,识别高排车辆,并开展一系列深度分析。Aiming at the problems existing in the emission monitoring of heavy-duty diesel vehicles,the framework and functions of the on-line monitoring system for heavy-duty diesel vehicle emission are proposed.Through the collection of vehicle emission and location data of OBD and on-board smoke meter,the pollution emission of heavy-duty diesel vehicle is monitored in real-time,and high emission vehicles are identified,and a series of in-depth analysis are carried out.
