摘　　要：布鲁氏菌病(布病)是我国流行较为严重的一种人兽共患传染病,危害人体健康,造成畜牧业巨大的经济损失。云南省属于边疆农牧大省,历史上曾有过布病的流行,近年来有关布病的报道越来越多,但目前云南省布病总体流行状况仍不清楚。本文通过CNKI和万方数据库检索整理了1990-2017年云南省布病疫情的相关文献,对云南省布病的流行病学特点及人畜间布病的流行情况做一综述,在此基础上分析病原学特征与宿主种类、易感群体与感染途径、布病流行的时间和空间分布状况以及影响因素,为云南布病的防控提供依据。Brucellosis is a serious zoonosis in China,causing substantial economic loss in animal husbandry and harming human health.Brucellosis was once epidemic in Southwest China’s Yunnan Province,in which the population mainly engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry.In recent years,many cases of brucellosis have been reported,but the current prevalence of brucellosis in Yunnan is still unknown.Therefore,we searched investigations and research articles related to brucella disease in Yunnan Province from 1990 to 2017 by using the CNKI and Wanfang Databases,and summarized the epidemiological characteristics,and spatial and temporal distribution of brucellosis,thus providing a basis for the prevention and control of brucellosis.
