摘　　要：机构知识库作为科研单位成果收集管理的主要平台,近些年在科研院所迅速建立与发展。北京市电子科技情报研究所(以下简称“情报所”)形成了适应该单位较为完整的科研管理体系。但科研资源随着年份推移、项目完成或人员调离等原因导致历史信息资料的分散、遗漏、损坏等问题。本文结合该所科研过程中电子化和可视化的需求,解决现阶段情报研究所在科研项目管理、研究报告等科研数据存取等问题而建立的小型知识平台模型。As the main platform for scientific research institutions to collect and manage achievements,institutional repository has been rapidly established and developed in scientific research institutes in recent years.Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Information Research(hereinafter referred to as"Information Institute")has formed a relatively complete scientific research management system suitable for the units.However,with the passing of years,the completion of projects or the transfer of personnel and other reasons,the historical information materials are scattered,omitted and damaged.In this paper combined with the requirements of electronic and visualization in the scientific research process of the Institute,a small knowledge platform model is established to solve the problems of scientific research project management,research report access and so on.
