摘　　要：针对基于国产密码算法的可下载条件接收系统建设与规模化应用,贵州广电网络公司与安全厂商在综合考虑系统关键技术、标准和业务发展实际需求的基础上,规划并建设了国密DCAS系统,并通过项目规模化应用,打通上下游产业链,解决产业化瓶颈问题,提升了广播电视业务保护技术水平,推动基于国产密码的新一代条件接收系统在广电行业的应用。In view of construction and large-scale application of downloadable conditional access system based on domestic cryptographic algorithm,GuiZhou Radio and TV Information Network Company and security vendors have planned and built domestic cryptographic system DCAS on the basis of comprehensive consideration on key technologies,standards and actual needs for business development.Through large-scale application of the project,upstream and downstream industrial chains have been opened up and industrialization bottleneck problem has been solved,protection technology level of radio and television business has been improved,and the application of new generation conditional access system based on domestic cryptographic in radio and television industry has been promoted.
