摘  要:肺部感染性疾病中,病原体的诊断对治疗有极为重要的意义。传统检测手段虽是可靠的方法,但其敏感性不足,需通过新技术,新手段来进行补充。高通量测序技术一次可以对数十万到数百万的DNA或RNA分子进行测序,具有检测范围广、检测种类多,无须培养、不受抗生素影响,指导精确治疗的优点,是避免抗生素滥用,实现呼吸系统感染性疾病精准诊疗的关键技术之一。同时,通过高通量测序技术检测痰液、肺泡灌洗液,对肺部微环境及菌群对疾病的发生、发展有了更进一步的了解。In pulmonary infectious diseases,the diagnosis of pathogens is extremely important for treatment.Although the traditional detection method is a reliable method,its sensitivity is insufficient and needs to be supplemented by new technologies and new means.High-throughput sequencing technology can sequence hundreds of thousands to millions of DNA or RNA molecules at a time,with the advantages of wide detection range,many detection types,no need to be cultured,not affected by antibiotics,and guiding accurate treatment.It is one of the key technologies to avoid the abuse of antibiotics and realize the precise diagnosis and treatment of respiratory infectious diseases.At the same time,the detection of sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid by high-throughput sequencing technology has a further understanding of the pulmonary microenvironment and flora on the occurrence and development of the disease.
