摘　　要：煤矿资源是支持我国各个行业发展的主要资源,洗煤作为煤炭加工行业中的重点工艺,需要我们对其生产工艺进行深入的研究。同时,煤矿行业作为安全事故高发行业,洗煤生产的安全问题仍然不可忽视。因此,我们需要在不断提升洗煤生产工艺生产能力的同时,关注生产工艺本身的安全性,对现存的安全问题进行分析并提出行之有效的解决方案。基于此,本文简要阐述了导致洗煤生产安全问题出现的重要因素,并结合相关因素提出了几点建议,供各位同仁在未来工艺改造以及管理工作中参考和借鉴。Coal resources are the main resources to support the development of various industries in China.As the key technology in coal processing industry,coal washing needs us to conduct in-depth research on its production technology.At the same time,as the coal mine industry has a high incidence of safety accidents,the safety of coal washing production can’t be ignored.Therefore,we need to pay attention to the safety of the production process while continuously improving the production capacity of the coal washing production process,analyze the existing safety problems and propose effective solutions.Based on this,this paper briefly expounds the important factors that lead to the safety problems in coal washing production,and puts forward some suggestions combined with relevant factors,which can be used for reference by colleagues in future technological transformation and management.
