摘　　要：渤海某油田J区为渤海湾典型的湖相三角洲重质稠油油田,平均地层原油粘度为291mPa·s,原油黏度大,流动性差。部分油井存在井斜较大,高含气和腐蚀等一些特殊井况,影响常规电潜泵的运转寿命。针对以上问题,设计了适合稠油油田大井斜的灌装电潜泵系统,目前取得了良好的效果,满足了特殊井况油井的正常生产,是罐装泵系统在渤海稠油油田的进一步推广和应用。Area J of an oilfield in Bohai Bay is a typical heavy oil field of lake delta in Bohai Bay.The average formation crude oil viscosity is 291 mPa·s,with large crude oil viscosity and poor mobility.Some oil wells have some special well conditions such as large well deviation,high gas content and corrosion,which affect the operation life of conventional electric submersible pump.In view of the above problems,a filling electric submersible pump system is designed,which is suitable for large well deviation in heavy oil field.At present,it has achieved good results,it can meet the normal production of oil wells with special well conditions,and be the further promotion and application of the canned pump system in Bohai heavy oil field.
