摘　　要：苏区时期中央党校的干部教育培训是为了传播马克思主义,用马克思主义理论武装干部头脑,大批训练党员干部而创办的,苏区的发展、马克思主义的传播、群众的支持及师资队伍的建设,为中央党校的创办提供了条件。中央党校的干部教育培训内容主要由政治理论、军事技术、文化知识和课外活动组成。具有坚持政治性和思想性统一,理论联系实际,依靠群众办学等特点。中央党校的干部教育培训,促进了马克思主义理论教育,是苏区干部好作风锤炼的熔炉;培养了大批苏区骨干力量,是干部和人才培养的摇篮;培养了学员艰苦奋斗、自力更生、与群众同甘共苦的党校办学精神,有力地支持了苏区的革命和建设。对新时代党校干部教育培训具有借鉴及启示意义。The education training for the cadres in the Party School of the CPC Central Committee which was established for a batch of Party members and cadres during the Soviet area period aimed to spread Marxism and army cadres’brains with the Marxist Theory,and the development of the Soviet area,the spreading of the Marxist Theory,the support from the crowd and the construction of teaching staffs created the conditions for the establishment of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.The content of the education training for the cadres in the Party School of the CPC Central Committee mainly consisted of political theory,military technology,cultural knowledge and extracurricular activities with the characteristics of adhering to the unity of political nature and ideology,combining theory with practice and relying on school running by the mass.As the smelter for the cadres in the Soviet area to behave well and the cradle to cultivate cadres and talents,the Party School of the CPC Central Committee promoted the education of the Marxist Theory,cultivated a lot of backbones in the Soviet area,developed students’spirit of hard struggle,self-dependence and sharing happiness and woe with the mass and strongly supported the revolution and construction of the Soviet area,which was of reference and enlightenment significance for the education training for the cadres in the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.
