摘  要:依据舰船用高压空压机模块的抗冲击使用要求,基于舰船设备抗冲击理论,通过仿真计算和试验分析,建立了模块(双机双层隔振)及单机系统(单机双层隔振)的抗冲击动力学模型,采用Adams软件模拟了空压机、浮筏的冲击加速度及隔振器的变形等动态特性。结合单机系统的双波冲击试验和裸机(单台空压机)的落锤冲击试验,综合评价了该高压空压机模块的抗冲击性能。该方法为大型、大重量舰船设备的抗冲击分析研究提供了参考。According to the anti-shock requirements of highpressure air compressor module used in ship,based on the anti-shock theory of ship equipment,this paper establishes the anti-shock dynamic model of the module(double machine double layer vibration isolation system)and the single machine system(single machine double layer vibration isolation system)through simulative calculation and test analysis,using ADAMS software to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the air compressor and floating raft shock acceleration and the deformation of the vibration isolator.Combined with the double wave shock test of single machine system and the drop hammer shock test of bare machine(single air compressor),the anti-shock properties of highpressure air compressor module is evaluated comprehensively.This method can provide references for the anti-shock analysis and research of large-scale and heavy ship equipment.
