摘　　要：在坚持"以本为本",推进"四个回归",加快建设高水平本科教育、全面提高人才培养能力的时代背景下,一些普通本科高校尤其是地方高校、三本院校,向应用型转型显得迫在眉睫。以福建农林大学金山学院为例,提出"3+1"应用型人才培养模式,从培养方案修订、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、实践教学平台建设、管理模式改革5个方面,系统阐述该模式的内涵特征和实践过程,该模式的构建是应用型本科高校人才培养模式改革的必由之路。Under the background of insisting on"emphasizing the basis",promoting"four regressions",speeding up the construction of high-level undergraduate education to comprehensively improve the ability of talent cultivation,it is necessary for some ordinary undergraduate universities to transform into application-oriented universities,especially the third-grade universities and local universities.Taking Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,this paper discusses the"3+1"mode of application-oriented talent cultivation,expounds the connotation characteristics and practice process of the model from five aspects of cultivation scheme revision,curriculum system construction,teaching staff construction,teaching platform construction and management mode reform,and points out that it is the only way to reform the talent cultivation mode of application-oriented universities.
