摘 要:文中以API X65大变形管线钢为研究对象,通过数值模拟方法,研究母材/焊材高低匹配、焊接余高及焊接错边等因素对环焊缝焊接接头经受Reel-lay铺设大变形后局部屈曲行为的影响,结果表明:焊缝高匹配可有效防止焊缝局部屈曲;随余高的增加,焊缝中心应变减小;在满足焊缝成形及无损检测要求的情况下,增加余高可降低屈曲倾向;尽量减小焊接接头错边量可降低环焊缝局部屈曲倾向。以上结果可指导焊接施工,以控制局部屈曲。In the paper, the API X65 large deformation pipeline steel was taken as the research object, and the influence of the base metal/welding material mismatching, weld reinforcement and welding misalignment on the local buckling behavior of the girth welded joint after large deformation was studied by numerical simulation method. The results showed that the high weld matching could effectively prevent the local buckling of the weld. With the increase of the residual height, the strain at the center of the weld was reduced. Increasing the height of the weld reinforcement could meet the requirements of weld formation and non-destructive testing to reduce the buckling tendency. Reducing the amount of misalignment of the welded joint could reduce the local buckling tendency of the girth weld. According to the above results, the welding construction could be guided to control the local buckling.
