摘　　要：简述了南钢在不同时期自动化办公的应用背景和实践经验,找出了目前自动化办公还存在的问题,以及未来移动办公将面临的形势,并对自动化办公的应用提出了期望和建议,希望这些建议能对公司自动化乃至数字化办公系统的建设提供帮助。This article summarizes the background and practical experience of the office automation system in different periods,points out the existing problems,and the future trend facing the mobile office,and puts forward expectations and suggestions for the application of office automation,hoping that these suggestions can help the construction of office automation and digitization.
