摘  要:目的通过对高水平大学附属医院的师生医学素质联动教育的意义和现状进行分析,开展创新实践,探索师生医学素质联动教育的要点和创新思路。方法在浙江大学附属医院范围内,通过调研和问卷调查的方式,分析师生医学素质教育现状和关键问题,探索浙大一院医学教育规划和实践。结果医学素质教育中存在"重技能、轻人文,缺乏联动"、"重学生、轻教师,缺乏联动"这两个较为突出的问题;师生医学素质联动教育要点包括教育理念联动、教育机制联动、教育环节联动、考核评价联动、激励和推广联动等。结论通过实践探索和分析总结,明确了师生医学素质联动教育要点,有针对性地探索提升和创新措施,能够拓展教学工作思路,优化教学组织架构,丰富课程和师资储备,优化教学模式和效果,提升师生满意度。Objective To analyze the significance and current situation of student-teacher interactive education on medical quality in affiliated hospitals of advanced-level universities so as to summarize the key points and explore innovative ideas of the student-teacher joint education.Methods Investigation as well as questionnaire were used to analyze the current situation and crucial problems in education on medical quality of the teaching and students in the First Hospital, Zhejiang University Medical School and explore the medical educational program and practice.Results There were prominent problems in the education on medical quality, including "focusing more on skills and students, attaching less attention to humanities and lack of the student-teacher interaction on one hand, and focusing more on students, attaching less attention to teachers, lack of the student-teacher interaction". The crucial points of student-teacher interactive education on medical quality contain the combination of educational ideas, educational mechanism, educational links, examination and evaluation, incentive and promotion etc.Conclusion By means of practical exploration and analysis, the key points of student-teacher interactive education on medical quality are identified. Meanwhile, targeted exploration and innovation measures can enrich teaching ideas, curriculums and faculties, optimize the structure of teaching organization and teaching mode and effect, and improve the satisfaction of teachers and students.
