高铁开通如何影响企业出口国内附加值率

摘  要:基于地级市市辖区是否开通高铁构造"准自然实验",采用2000—2013年企业生产和贸易数据,探究城市开通高铁对企业出口国内附加值率的影响。研究发现:高铁开通可以通过企业生产率进步机制和出口产品结构优化机制显著提高企业出口国内附加值率,且企业生产率进步对国内附加值率的促进效应优于企业出口产品结构优化对国内附加值率的促进效应;异质性分析表明,东部地区一线和二线城市开通高铁对企业出口国内附加值率的促进效应优于其他地区和其他城市,高铁开通对技术密集型产业企业出口国内附加值率的促进效应优于劳动密集型和资本密集型产业,对正常经营企业出口国内附加值率的促进效应优于僵尸企业。A"quasi natural experiment"is constructed based on whether prefecture-level municipal districts open high-speed railway,and the influence of urban high-speed railway opening on the domestic added value rate of enterprise’s export is explored by using enterprises’production and trade data from 2000 to 2013.The results show that the opening of high-speed railway can significantly improve the domestic added value rate of enterprise’s export through enterprise productivity progress mechanism and export product structure optimization mechanism,and the promotion effect of enterprise productivity progress on domestic added value rate is superior to that of enterprise’s export product structure optimization on domestic added valued rate.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of high-speed railway opening in the first-tier cities and second-tier cities in eastern China on enterprise’s export domestic added value rate is superior to that in other regions and cities;the promotion effect of high-speed railway opening on enterprise’s export domestic added value rate of technology-intensive industries is superior to that of labor-intensive industries and capital-intensive industries;and the promotion effect of high-speed railway opening on the export domestic added value rate of normally operating enterprises is superior to that of zombie enterprises.
