摘  要:稀土锑/铋化物中4f电子的复杂自旋、轨道结构诱发了丰富的物理性质.本文重点研究ErBi单晶的热学和电学性质,揭示弱磁各向异性很有可能来源于混合效应,即Er^(3+)(4f^(11))中各向异性的基态电子通过相互作用与各向同性的激发态混合.此外,还发现ErBi的磁电阻具有双重或四重对称的角度相关性.研究表明该材料中角度相关的磁电阻主要由各向异性的费米面所决定.Rare-earth monopnictides have attracted a lot of attention due to their plentiful physical properties induced by complex spin and orbital orders.This paper makes a study of its thermal and electrical properties of ErBi single crystals.It is found that the weak magnetic anisotropy in ErBi possibly derives from the mixing effect,namely the anisotropic ground state of Er3+(4f11)mingles with the isotropic excited state through exchange interaction.At a low temperature,the angular magnetoresistance in ErBi shows a twofold(fourfold)symmetry.The angular magnetoresistance of ErBi could be mainly determined by its anisotropic Fermi surface topology.
