摘  要:【目的】有机培肥是改善土壤质量和提高作物养分利用效率的有效措施,本研究为筛选适合云南热区紫色土培肥的碳基调理剂。【方法】设置田间试验研究不同生物质碳基调理剂对热区土壤养分特征,烤烟生物量、烤烟吸氮量、烤烟农艺性状及产质量的影响。【结果】施用碳基土壤调理剂能有效补充土壤有机质,保持较高土壤氮素供应水平,促进烤烟对氮的吸收效率,增加生物量累积。T1调理剂比常规处理提高上等烟比例8.64%、烟叶产量6.24%。【结论】综合土壤肥力和烟叶产质量,配施低碳氮比的T1碳基土壤调理剂对热区紫色土的改良效果最佳。【Objective】Applying organic material to the soil is the principal way to increase soil fertility.Four kinds of carbon-based soil con-ditioners were chosen to study the effects of purple soil fertilization in the tropical area of Yunnan province.【Method】The field experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of soil nutrient characteristics in tropical area on crops biomass,nitrogen uptake,agronomic charac-ters,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.【Results】Carbon-based soil conditioners could supplement the content of soil organic matter,maintain a high level of soil nitrogen supply,promote the nitrogen absorption efficiency of flue-cured tobacco and increase biomass accumula-tion.Compared with conventional treatment,T1 increased the proportion of topped tobacco by 8.64%and the yield of tobacco leaf by 6.24%.【Conclusion】Comprehensive soil fertility,tobacco yield and quality,combined with a low carbon-nitrogen ratio,T1 carbon-based soil conditioner had the best improvement effect on purple soil in hot areas.
