摘　　要：引江济汉工程是南水北调中线一期工程中汉江中下游4项治理工程之一。为了保证引江济汉正常输水,需对工程安全、水质安全、运营管理等进行监控并及时处理应急事件,因此有必要建立引江济汉自动化调度运行管理系统。会商决策支撑系统作为其中的一个子系统,以国产三维GIS平台EV-Globe为三维基础平台,能获取地理信息和综合信息服务系统所提供的相关信息,实现工程调度仿真,从而为调度系统运营中的应急响应和决策提供辅助和支持。Water supplement project to Han River from Yangtze River is one of the four treatment projects in middle and lower reaches of the Han River in the first phase of the middle route project of the south-north water diversion.To ensure its water conveyance,we need to monitor engineering safety,water quality safety and operation management,and deal with emergency in time.Therefore,it is necessary to build an automatic scheduling and operation management system for water supplement project to Han River from Yangtze River.As a subsystem of the management system,the meeting decision support system selects EV-Globe,a domestic 3 DGIS platform,as the 3 D basic platform.This system can collect relevant information form geographical information and integrated information service system,and realize the project scheduling simulation,which can provide assistant and supporting information for emergency response and decision making in operation of scheduling system.
