摘　　要：[目的]探索芦笋的组织培养快繁技术。[方法]利用丰岛芦笋3—4月抽出的嫩茎为外植体,在不同培养基上诱导、增殖和生根。[结果]筛选出芦笋适宜的诱导培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+0.03 mg/L KT。利用3~5 mm长的芽进行生根培养,生根率最高达到75%,炼苗成活率达90%以上。[结论]该研究筛选出了效果较好的丰岛芦笋诱导、增殖和生根培养基,为建立芦笋完整的扩繁技术体系提供了参考。[Objective]The aim of this study was to explore the tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of Asparagus officinalis.[Method]The tender stems of Fengdao Asparagus officinalis from March to April were used as explants to induce,proliferate and take root in different media.[Result]The suitable induction medium for Asparagus officinalis was MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,the proliferation medium was MS+0.5 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,and the rooting medium was MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+0.03 mg/L KT.Using 3-5 mm long buds for rooting culture,the rooting rate was up to 75%,and the survival rate of hardening seedlings was more than 90%.[Conclusion]This study screened out a better induction,proliferation and rooting medium of Fengdao Asparagus officinalis,which provided a reference for establishing a complete propagation system of Asparagus officinalis.
