摘  要:为解决核电鼓网底部浮游海生物长期淤积影响核电安全等问题,考虑鼓网底部离水面较深等原因,采用水下抽吸的清淤方案;由于用于收集淤积物的沥水篮内部流场复杂,因而合理设计沥水篮实现淤积物的沉降是鼓网清淤设备设计的关键。针对核电循环水实际工况下的主要淤积物,分别通过经验公式和抽吸实验分析不同流速下淤积物在水中的沉降效果。采用多孔介质模型模拟网板结构,运用Fluent软件对沥水篮内部流场进行模拟,对不同结构形式和不同孔径沥水篮的流场特性进行对比分析,分析结果表明外形为方形且网板孔径为2 mm的沥水篮能达到更好的清淤效果,研究结果可为水中淤积物收集设备的设计与优化提供参考。In order to solve the problems of long-term siltation of plankton at the bottom of the nuclear power drum and affecting the safety of nuclear power,considering the reason that the bottom of the drum is deeper from the water surface,the dredging scheme of underwater suction is adopted;due to the internal flow field of the drain basket used to collect the silt is complicated,so the rational design of the drain basket to realize the settlement of the silt is the key to the design of the drum net dredging equipment.Aiming at the main sludge under the actual working conditions of nuclear power circulating water,the sedimentation effect of the sludge in the water at different flow rates was analyzed through empirical formula and suction experiment.The porous media model was used to simulate the structure of the mesh plate,and the flow field inside the drain basket was simulated by Fluent software.The flow field characteristics of the drain basket with different structures and different apertures were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the shape is square and the mesh plate aperture is 2 mm.The drain basket can achieve a better dredging effect,and the research results can provide reference for the design and optimization of water sludge collection equipment.
