摘 要:增压注水泵在石油开发中占有重要地位,但由于其工作环境恶劣,关键零件易损坏。为了满足此新型增压注水泵的工作要求,通过Solid Works对增压注水泵设计并进行三维建模,使用ANSYS Workbench软件对增压注水泵关键零件O型架进行静力学强度分析,证明其强度满足恶劣条件下的工作需求;并对其进行模态分析,计算出其固有频率和振型,证明该设备能避免共振。结果验证该设备能够满足工作条件,并提出O型架的优化设计方案,为后续的研究提供一种新思路。Booster water injection pump plays an important role in oil development,but its key parts are easy to be damaged due to its bad working environment.In order to meet the working requirements of this new type of booster water injection pump,the booster water injection pump was designed and modeled by solid works,and ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the static strength of O-frame,which was the key part of booster water injection pump,to prove that its strength meets the working requirements under harsh conditions;and modal analysis was carried out to calculate its natural frequency and vibration mode,to prove that the equipment can avoid resonance.The results show that the equipment can meet the working conditions,and the optimization design scheme of O-frame is proposed,which provides a new idea for the follow-up research.
