双凹料视觉送料系统的仿真计算与偏差分析

摘  要:为了分析影响双凹料视觉送料系统送料偏差的各项因素及其影响作用的大小,利用Halcon编写计算机程序模拟双凹料带的视觉送料系统的送料过程,进行仿真计算以及对计算结果进行分析。结果发现,在保证视觉送料正常稳定的前提下,送料偏差基本呈现均匀分布状态,送料偏差受料带自身的段长误差影响很大,约为料带自身段长误差的两倍;送料偏差受段数、标准步距偏大或偏小的影响微小,不受料带初始位置偏差的影响,受视觉定位误差的影响较小。仿真计算与偏差分析所得结论,为生克片WY02的相关产品品质的把控和设备调试提供了依据。In order to analyze the factors that affect the feeding deviation of the double concave visual feeding system and the size of their influence,a computer program was written by Halcon to simulate the feeding process of the double concave visual feeding system,and the simulation calculation and analysis of the calculation results were carried out.The results show that under the premise of ensuring the normal and stable visual feeding,the feeding deviation basically presents a uniform distribution state,and the feeding deviation is greatly affected by the length error of the belt itself,which is about twice the length error of the belt itself;the feeding deviation is slightly affected by the number of segments and the standard step,which is not affected by the initial position error of the belt,but by the visual positioning error smaller.The conclusion of simulation calculation and deviation analysis provides the basis for the quality control and equipment debugging of Shengke WY02.
