引起某蛋鸡场产蛋率下降的病原分离鉴定

摘　　要：贵州省某鸡场2019年11月以来,蛋鸡产蛋率不断下降,零星出现死亡,该实验室通过流行病学调查、临床症状和解剖观察、细菌培养鉴定和病毒PCR检测等方法,对该鸡场送检鸡只进行了实验室诊断与病原的分离鉴定。解剖主要病理变化:肝脏肿大,质地变脆,并伴有出血点,脾脏肿大,法氏囊透明化且内充满乳白色液体,盲肠端充气肿胀。细菌分离得到1株形态整体呈蜡滴状,为不透明有溶血环的白色菌落,经细菌菌落形态、革兰氏染色镜检、生化鉴定和16S rDNA PCR,鉴定为蜡样芽孢杆菌。病毒PCR检测未扩增出相应目的条带。可见,此次引起蛋鸡产蛋率降低及死亡的病原为蜡样芽孢杆菌,研究结果对蛋鸡产蛋率下降及死亡提供了新的数据支持。Since November 2019,the laying rate of laying hens in a chicken farm in Guizhou Province has been declining and sporadic deaths have occurred.Therefore,the laboratory conducted a laboratory diagnosis and identification and isolation of pathogens on the tested layers through epidemiological investigations,clinical symptoms and dissection observations,bacterial culture identification,and viral PCR detection.The anatomy revealed the main pathological changes displayed by the fact that the liver swelled and the texture became brittle,accompanied by bleeding points,the spleen was enlarged,the bursa was transparent and filled with milky white liquid,and the cecum end was aerated and swollen.Opaque white colonies with hemolytic rings were obtained through bacteria isolation.It was identified as Bacillus cereus by bacterial colony morphology,Gram staining microscopy,biochemical identification and 16S rDNA PCR.Virus PCR detection did not amplify the corresponding target band.It can be seen that the pathogen that caused the dropping laying rate and death of laying hens is Bacillus cereus.The research results provide new data support for the dropping laying rate and death of laying hens.
