摘　　要：目的分析300例变态反应性疾病患者特异性变应原检测结果。方法抽取2017年10月至2019年6月于河南科技大学第二附属医院检验科进行特异性变应原血清检测的变态反应性疾病患者300例,采用免疫印迹法定性检测血清中特异性免疫球蛋白E(slgE)阳性率。结果占比最高的两种变态反应性疾病为荨麻疹126例(42.00%),皮炎103例(34.00%);300例变态反应性疾病患者血清变应原检测中总IgE阳性246例(82.00%),sIgE阳性195例(65.00%);吸入性变应原中阳性率位于前三位的变应原是尘螨(50.67%)、蟑螂(23.67%)、真菌组合(10.67%),食入性变应原中阳性率位居前三位的变应原是鸡蛋白(32.33%)、牛奶(15.67%)、虾(12.33%);患者变态反应强度主要集中在1~3级;≤14岁患者占比最高(54.00%),其中食入性变应原sIgE阳性率(33.33%)高于吸入性变应原(22.22%)。结论儿童为变态反应性疾病易感人群;吸入性变应原以尘螨、蟑螂、真菌组合为主,食入性变应原以鸡蛋白、牛奶为主。Objective To investigate the results of specific allergens in 300 patients with allergic diseases.Methods A total of 300 patients with allergic diseases in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from October 2017 to June 2019 were selected.The positive rate of specific immunoglobulin E(slgE)in serum was detected by Western blotting.Results The two most common allergic diseases were urticaria in 126 cases(42.00%)and dermatitis in 103 cases(34.00%).Among the 300 patients with allergic diseases,246(82.00%)were positive for total IgE and 195(65.00%)were positive for sIgE.The first three inhalation allergens were dust mites(50.67%),cockroaches(23.67%)and fungi(10.67%).Egg white(32.33%),milk(15.67%)and shrimp(12.33%)were the most common ingestion allergens.The allergic reaction intensity of the patients mainly concentrated in grade 1-3.The proportion of patients aged≤14 years was the highest(54.00%).The positive sIgE rate of ingestion allergens was higher than that of inhalation allergens(33.33%vs 22.22%).Conclusions Children are susceptible group of allergic diseases.Dust mites,cockroaches and fungi are the main inhalation allergens,while egg white,milk are the main ingestion allergens.
