益生菌联合补液盐Ⅲ治疗小儿急性非感染性腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益生菌联合补液盐Ⅲ治疗小儿急性非感染性腹泻的临床效果。方法抽取2017年3月至2020年3月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的急性非感染性腹泻患儿120例,按照治疗方案分为两组,每组60例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,对照组加用补液盐Ⅲ,研究组加用补液盐Ⅲ及益生菌。比较两组疗效、生理状态恢复时间、相关营养指标值。结果研究组总有效率(93.33%,56/60)高于对照组(71.67%,43/60),P<0.05。治疗显效患儿中,研究组大便次数恢复正常、腹痛消失、大便常规恢复正常时间分别为(2.71±0.45)、(2.31±0.51)、(3.37±0.34)d,少于对照组的相应时间(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组前白蛋白和转铁蛋白值分别为(148.96±10.15)mg/L、(98.36±5.31)g/L,高于对照组的相应值(P<0.05)。结论补液盐Ⅲ联合益生菌治疗小儿非感染性腹泻有效率高,生理状态恢复时间短,患儿营养状况良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rehydration saltⅢcombined with probiotics on acute non infectious infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 120 children with acute non infectious diarrhea admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,with 60 cases in each group.Two groups of children were given conventional treatment.The control group was added with rehydration salt III,and the study group was added with rehydration salt III and probiotics.The curative effect,recovery time of physiological state,and related nutritional index values were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(93.33%,56/60)was higher than that of the control group(71.67%,43/60),P<0.05.Among the children with markedly effective treatment,stool frequency returned to normal,abdominal pain disappeared,and the routine stool return to normal time in the study group were(2.71±0.45),(2.31±0.51),(3.37±0.34)days,respectively,which were less than the corresponding time of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of prealbumin and transferrin in the study group were(148.96±10.15)mg/L and(98.36±5.31)g/L,respectively,which were higher than the corresponding values in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehydration salt III and probiotics is effective in treating children with non nfectious diarrhea,the recovery time of physiological state is short,and the children have good nutrition.
