摘 要:为研究不同气候区公共建筑室内微生物污染状况,选取昆明和南京分别代表温和地区和夏热冬冷地区,对医院和办公楼2类公共建筑内的微生物浓度进行了测量和分析。结果表明:温和气候区内医院细菌和真菌平均浓度分别为520、316 cfu/m^(3),办公楼细菌和真菌平均浓度分别为369、520 cfu/m^(3),均高于夏热冬冷气候区对应类型公共建筑;2个气候区室内细菌、真菌粒径分布相似,峰值均出现在粒径范围Ⅳ级(2.1~3.3μm)和Ⅴ级(1.1~2.1μm);2个气候区公共建筑室内相对湿度和空气真菌浓度存在确定关系,除此之外,仅在昆明医院内发现温度和微生物浓度之间存在显著相关性。In order to study the indoor microbial pollution of public buildings in different climate zones,selecting Kunming and Nanjing to represent temperate zone and hot summer and cold winter zone,respectively,measures and analyses the microbial concentration in hospital and office buildings.The results show the average concentrations of bacteria and fungi are 520 cfu/m^(3)and 316 cfu/m^(3)in hospitals,369 cfu/m2 and 520 cfu/m^(3) in office buildings in temperate zone,respectively,higher than those in corresponding public buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone.The particle size distribution of bacteria and fungi in the two climate zones is similar,and the peak values appear in the particle size range of grade Ⅳ(2.1 to 3.3μm)and grade V(1.1 to 2.1 μm).There is a definite relationship between indoor relative humidity and airborne fungal concentration in public buildings in the two climate zones,however,significant correlation between temperature and microbial concentration is only found in Kunming's hospitals.
