摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNAs,LncRNAs)在多种癌症的发生发展中发挥着关键作用。LncRNA PVT1在妇科恶性肿瘤中的重要性引起了人们的广泛关注,主要反映在癌细胞的病理过程和肿瘤的临床进展以及预后方面。本文主要围绕LncRNA PVT1在妇科恶性肿瘤中的表达及调控作用进行综述。探讨LncRNA PVT1在妇科癌症中的临床价值,并提出它可能是一个潜在的生物标志物,可作为诊断或预后的指标,为人们进一步了解妇科恶性肿瘤的发病机制提供新思路。Long noncoding RNAs(LncRNAs) play a key role in tumorigenesis and development in many types of cancer.The importance of LncRNA PVT1 in gynecologic malignancies has attracted widespread attentions, mainly reflected in pathological processes of cancer cells and the clinical progression and prognosis of tumors.This article mainly focuses on the expression and regulation of LncRNA PVT1 in gynecological malignancies.To explore the clinical value of LncRNA PVT1 in gynecological cancer, and propose that it may be a potential biomarker, which can be used as an indicator of diagnosis or prognosis, and provide new ideas for people to further understand the pathogenesis of gynecological malignant tumors.
