摘 要:截至目前,水泥稳定级配碎石混合料在我国的应用年限已经超过20年,通常其施工工艺为常规施工法,碾压厚度一般为20cm。随着技术的进步,施工机械设备功率较以前显著提升,厚层水泥稳定级配碎石被广泛应用于多地的高等级公路及城市快速路建设中。然而目前我国尚未就厚层水泥稳定级配碎石的压实控制标准和检测方法出台详细的要求,论文以淮安市快速路实际施工情况作为研究对象,分析了厚层水泥稳定级配碎石的压实度控制标准和检测方法。希望通过本研究,能够为相关领域的研究提供一定的借鉴和参考。Up to now,the application life of cement stabilized graded crushed stone mixture in our country has been more than 20 years,usually its construction technology is conventional construction method,and the rolling thickness is generally 20 cm.With the progress of technology,the power of construction machinery and equipment is obviously improved,and the thick layer cement stabilized graded crushed stone is widely used in the construction of high grade highway and urban expressway in many places.However,at present,China has not issued detailed requirements for compaction control standards and testing methods for thick layer cement stabilized graded crushed stone.This paper takes the actual construction situation of Huai’an expressway as the research object.The compaction control standard and testing method of thick layer cement stabilized graded crushed stone are analyzed.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can provide some reference and reference for the research in related fields.
