摘　　要：随着以科技创新驱动经济社会全面发展时代的来临,如何认识并充分发挥科技创新公共价值的作用,是时代发展迫切需要面对的重要主题。本文试图通过剖析科技创新公共价值的认识论基础、价值论基础和管理学基础,深入认识和理解科技创新公共价值对于科技创新生态系统和创新型社会建设的重要作用,更好地促进公共政策与创新政策的有效结合。Based on in-depth implementation of science & technology innovation-driven development strategy’s times, the public value of science & technology innovation will play a key role in building an innovative society. By analysing the knowing basis,value basis and management basis of the science & technology innovation’s public value, this paper tries to understand the more important roles of science & technology innovation’s public value in building ecosystems of science & technology innovation, to promote the level of cooperation between public policy and innovation policy in social innovative development.
