摘  要:目的检测并分析分泌性中耳炎(SOM)患者中耳积液(MEE)中白细胞介素-33(IL-33)及其受体sST2的浓度。方法采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测患者中耳积液中IL-33和sST2的浓度。结果慢性期组(病程≥3个月)MEE中IL-33含量明显高于急性期组(病程<3个月),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性期组MEE中sST2含量明显低于急性期组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访3个月,复发组IL-33、sST2含量与未复发组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论SOM慢性期IL-33呈现高表达,而sST2呈现低表达,提示IL-33/ST2信号通路激活及sST2表达下调在SOM慢性迁延过程中可能发挥重要作用。Objective To measure and analyze the level of IL-33 and its receptor sST2 in middle ear effusions(MEE)of patients with secretory otitis media(SOM).Methods The concentrations of IL-33 and sST2 in the middle ear effusions of patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The levels of IL-33 in the middle ear effusion of chronic phase group(process≥3 months)were higher than those of the acute phase group(process<3 months),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of sST2 in the middle ear effusion of chronic phase group were significantly lower than those of acute phase group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of post-operative followup,the levels of IL-33 and sST2 in the middle ear effusion had no significant differences between the recurrence group and the unrelapsed group.Conclusions IL-33 presents a high expression at chronic stage of secretory otitis media,while sST2 is low,suggesting that the activation of IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway and the down-regulation of sST2 may play an important role in the chronic delay of secretory otitis media.
