就业视角下的大学计算机教育改革研究

摘　　要：每年大学毕业生大量输入市场,很多学生出现了就业难的问题,主要原因是专业对口的工作,要求的技能不是不会就是达不到要求,所以毕业生纷纷转行找专业不对口的工作,这势必对于专业对口的学生来说竞争更大,工作更难找。而许多工作都会要求计算机的基础技能,不同行业对于计算机的要求不同,这势必会影响到大学教育课程的开展,本文主要是立足于就业问题,对于大学计算机教育的改革进行研究与分析,通过就业中对于计算机技能的需求,研究现在的大学计算机教育的前景,结合当前的社会形势,对于未来计算机教育改革提出自己的看法。Every year,college graduates enter the market in large numbers,and many students have difficult problems in employment.The main reason is that the required skills are either not or not up to the requirements.So graduates have changed careers to find inappropriate jobs,which are bound to be more competitive and harder for students.Many jobs will require basic computer skills,and different industries will require different computer skills,which will inevitably affect the development of university education courses.This paper is mainly based on the problem of employment.It researches and analyzes the reform of university computer education through employment for computer technology.According to the current social situation,this paper puts forward its own views on the future reform of computer education.
