大黄合剂贴穴位透皮给药在老年患者下肢骨折术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨大黄合剂贴穴位透皮给药在老年患者下肢骨折术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月至2017年12月于我院行手术治疗的66例老年下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,按照手术治疗的先后顺序分为对照组(33例,口服枸橼酸莫沙必利)和观察组(33例,大黄合剂贴穴位透皮给药)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1、2周,两组的便秘评分均较其上次评分明显降低(P<0.05),但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。术后2周,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均明显高于对照组及术前(P<0.05)。术后2周,两组的睡眠质量评分均高于术后当日,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间未发生皮肤过敏事件和腹部不适症状。结论大黄合剂贴穴位透皮给药可促进老年患者下肢骨折术后胃肠功能的恢复,增强患者的免疫力,改善睡眠质量,且使用安全。Objective To explore the application effect of Rhubarb mixture paste on acupoint transdermal administration in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after lower extremity fracture in elderly patients.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with lower extremity fracture who underwent operative treatment in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(33 cases,oral mosapride citrate)and observation group(33 cases,Rhubarb mixture paste on acupoint transdermal administration)according to the order of operative treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in bowel sounds recovery time and exhaust time between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 and 2 weeks after operation,the constipation scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the last time(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 week after operation,CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and before operation(P<0.05).At 2 week after operation,the sleep quality score of the two groups were higher than those of the day after operation,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There were no skin allergies and abdominal discomfort of the observation group during treatment.Conclusion Rhubarb mixture paste on acupoint transdermal administration can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,enhance the immunity of patients,improve sleep quality,and it is safe to use.
