消渴协定7号方治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察消渴协定7号方治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证的临床效果。方法将60例肥胖型2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片,治疗组给予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片+消渴协定7号方。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分及实验室指标。结果治疗组的治疗显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后1、3个月,两组的中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后3个月的FBG、2 h PBG、HbAlc、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在肥胖型2型糖尿病湿热内蕴证患者应用二甲双胍缓释片的基础上加用消渴协定7号方,可以明显增强降糖、降脂效果,改善临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoke Xieding No.7 prescription in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes with damp heat syndrome.Methods Sixty cases of obese type 2 diabetes with damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,the treatment group was given metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets+Xiaoke Xieding No.7 prescription.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The markedly effective rate and total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).At 1 and 3 month after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and that of the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The levels of FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlc,TG,TC and LDL-C in the treatment group at 3 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaoke Xieding No.7 prescription for patients with obese type 2 diabetes with damp heat syndrome who were treated with metformin sustained-release tablets can significantly enhance the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering effect,and improve the clinical symptoms.
