摘　　要：近几年,随着国家倡导绿色发展,新能源汽车产业发展迅速,我国新能源汽车保有量的快速增长,新能源汽车安全问题愈发得到人们的重视。要保证汽车在任何环境和条件下都能正常运行,这对汽车所有零部件的质量和性能提出了更高的要求,新能源汽车高压连接系统中,往往都应用大量了高压连接器,每一辆新能源电动汽车上所使用电连接器数量将达到600~1500只,故连接器对整个新能源汽车的质量保证起着举足轻重的作用。连接器一旦失效,后果十分严重,汽车温度局部升高或发生燃烧事件,甚至出现交通意外。本文从新能源汽车用的高压连接器发展现状及趋势基础上,对高压连接器的失效分析和性能指标做了概述,为后续研究提供理论基础。In recent years,as the country advocates green development,the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly,and the number of new energy vehicles in my country has grown rapidly.The safety of new energy vehicles has attracted more and more attention.To ensure that the car can operate normally under any environment and conditions,this puts forward higher requirements on the quality and performance of all car parts.In the highvoltage connection system of new energy vehicles,a large number of high-voltage connectors are often used.The number of electrical connectors used in a new energy electric vehicle will reach 600 to 1500,so the connector plays a decisive role in the quality assurance of the entire new energy vehicle.Once the connector fails,the consequences will be very serious.The temperature of the car will increase locally or a combustion event will occur,or even a traffi c accident will occur.Based on the development status and trend of high-voltage connectors for new energy vehicles,this article summarizes the failure analysis and performance indicators of high-voltage connectors,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.
