摘　　要：通过介绍随行夹具库存储过程和夹具切换动作,了解随行夹具库装置及自动切换夹具系统。该随行夹具库装置及自动切换夹具系统具有以下优点:1、六面体夹具库结果使用立体上下两侧库位存储方式,解决了夹具占用场地大问题。2、夹具库采用回转结构,全过程夹具采用机器人切换,解决了人工切换效率低下及安全隐患问题。3、此结构可实现线下切换,边生产,边切换,提高生产效率。By introducing the storage process and fi xture switching actions of the accompanying fi xture library,the article means to learn about the accompanying fi xture library device and the automatic switching fi xture system.The accompanying fi xture library device and the automatic switching fi xture system have the following advantages:1.The hexahedral fi xture library uses the three-dimensional upper and lower sides storage method to solve the problem of large space occupied by fi xtures.2.The fi xture library adopts a rotating structure,and the fi xture is switched by robot in the whole process,which solves the problems of low manual switching effi ciency and safety hazards.3.This structure can realize offl ine switching,production and switching at the same time,and improve production effi ciency.
