摘　　要：钙化防御是一种罕见病,目前缺乏特异性治疗。本文收集近几年有关硫代硫酸钠在钙化防御治疗方面的临床使用情况,介绍硫代硫酸钠用于治疗钙化防御的方案、疗效、作用机制及不良反应,以便为药物的研究开发及临床使用提供参考。Calciphylaxis is a rare disease that currently lacks specific treatment.In this paper,the clinical use of sodium thiosulfate in the treatment of calciphylaxis in recent years is collected,and the scheme,efficacy,mechanism and adverse drug reactions of the treatment are also introduced in order to provide reference for the research,development and clinical use of the drugs.
