益肾坚骨丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾坚骨丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,观察组予益肾坚骨丸治疗,对照组予硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,12周后比较2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组在活动、静息时疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分,骨关节指数(WOMAC)总分及疼痛、僵硬、关节功能3项因子评分,膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分,中医证候评分均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.01);与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。以WOMAC评分作为疗效评定标准,观察组总有效率为89.93%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾坚骨丸能减轻肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛、僵硬症状,改善关节功能,且安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jiangu Pill in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type. Methods 120 cases of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Yishen Jiangu Pill,and the control group was given glucosamine sulfate. After 12 weeks,the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were compared. Results The visual analogue scale(VAS) at activity,vas at rest,WOMAC,as well as pain,stiffness,joint function,Lysholm score of knee function and TCM symptom score of the observation group after the treatment were all better than that before the treatment,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05). According to WOMAC score which was taken as the evaluation standard of efficacy,the total effective rate was 89.93% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Yishen Jiangu Pill can reduce pain and stiffness of knee osteoarthritis patients with liver and kidney deficiency and improve the joint function with safety.
