摘  要:盐生植物具有独特的耐盐机制,在改良与利用盐碱化土地中有着不可替代的作用和巨大的应用潜力。在长期适应盐渍环境过程中,有些盐生植物进化出特殊的泌盐结构——盐腺或盐囊泡,通过其将大量盐分排出体外以避免盐害。近年来,盐生植物泌盐机理的研究取得一系列重要进展,主要涉及泌盐盐生植物的形态结构及其泌盐过程等。本文重点从泌盐盐生植物的泌盐结构、泌盐机理及研究方法等方面展开论述,以期为进一步揭示泌盐盐生植物的逆境适应策略及其开发利用提供参考。Halophytes possess the unique mechanisms in response to salt stress. They play an irreplaceable role and have great potential in the improvement and utilization of saline land. In the process of long-term adaptation to saline environment, some halophytes have developed special salt-secreting structures, salt glands or salt bladders, through which a large amount of salt is excluded from plant to avoid salt damage. In recent years, many important advances have been made on the studies of plant salt secretion mechanism, mainly involving the morphological structure of salt-secreting organs and their salt secretion process. This review summarizes the main progress on structures and mechanisms-related salt secretion of recretohalophytes, as well as relevant research methods. This would provide a reference for further revealing stress adaptation strategies of these plants as well as their development and utilization.
