成渝地区双城经济圈人口与经济协调发展关系研究

摘　　要：成渝地区是我国西部经济基础较好、经济实力较强的区域,积极推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设将为助推西部地区乃至全国经济高质量发展发挥重要作用。本文基于成渝地区双城经济圈2009—2018年各个区(县)和2009—2018年各个地级及以上城市的人口、GDP等数据,运用人口—经济增长弹性、地理集中度、人口与产业不一致指数、重心分析法等方法研究人口与经济发展的互动协调关系。研究表明:1)在总量规模上,成渝地区双城经济圈人口与经济增长比较协调,经济增长的同时人口规模也跟着缓慢的增长。2)在空间分布上,从地理集中度的角度看,成渝地区双城经济圈人口与经济总体上呈现出中部低、四周高的空间格局,并且人口、经济的集中区域和集聚程度也存在明显的差异。Chengdu and Chongqing are the best regions with the strongest economic foundation and strength in western China.Promoting actively the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle will play an important role in boosting high quality economic development of the western part and even the whole country.Based on the data of population and GDP of each district(county)and prefecture-level city in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circlefrom 2009 to 2018,this paper studies the interaction and coordination between population and economic development by using population economic growth elasticity,geographical concentration,inconsistency index between population and industry,and gravity center analysis.The results show that:(1)On the total scale,the population and economic growth in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle are relatively coordinated,and the population scale is also growing slowly along with the economic growth.(2)On the spatial distribution,considering the geographical concentration,the population and economy of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle generally present a spatial pattern of low in the central part and high in the surrounding areas,and obvious differences can be seen in the concentration areas and degree of population and economy.
